Exchange (www.ase.gr): Friday, May 28, 2010 after the ASE’s end of trading
- Publication of the 1st Quarter 2010 Financial Results in the Press: Saturday, May
29, 2010
- Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, June 24, 2010
- Ex-Dividend Date 2009: Monday, June 28, 2010 after the expiration date (June
18,2010) of Future Contracts on the Company’s shares and on the Index in which
they are included.
- Dividend beneficiaries 2009 - Record date: Wednesday, June 30, 2010 *
- Dividend Payout 2009: Tuesday, July 6, 2010
(*) In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009,
corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule.
Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the
dividend) are those investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on the relevant record
date.
The dividend for the fiscal year 2009 will be paid out through Bank who will credit the
operators’ accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries’ accounts. An
announcement will follow with details on the procedure.
