GNOMON Informatics implemented the first public ELECTRONIC TENDER using CTM platform

Greek Public’s sector’s first fully electronic tender submission has been executed by GNOMON INFORMATICS S.A., on Friday 20/01/2012 for Papageorgiou General Hospital of Thessaloniki. The tender for the provision of security services to the hospital, had an budget of 350.000 euro and it will be awarded based on the most advantageous award principle. Tender participants both from the supplier and hospital administration sides were impressed with the ease and usability of the system. The procedure included the electronic offer submission, the electronic opening of the tender box by the 5 members of the tender award committee, and finally the opening of the certificates and the technical offers (all fully electronic). Evaluation and award the winner through CTM are going to follow.
